Workout Class Review: Tabata 2010

On Monday, my ass was kicked by another interval class. It’s called Tabata 2010 and the premise is that you do the same anaerobic activity in 30 seconds rest 10 seconds and repeated 8 times for a total of 4 minutes per challenge. Boy was I challenged. I can see the progress as I am becoming more comfortable jumping on the step and taking on these interval trainings as an opportunity to build strength.
