I am still sifting through the anger. I have to admit there have been some amazing powerful lessons so far from days off from “recovery work,” major decluttering, spending time cooking and preparing for deliciously nourishing meals. Lately I have been doing a lot of reading on the Laws of Attraction, A Course in Weight Loss, and other fun non-personal development books.

FYI: i got weight in on Tuesday night and I lost a pound. So I guess it’s true unprocessed feelings are not only toxic they make you fat. Feeling the feelings can be a FANTASTIC thing.
