Learning how to Knit
This episode should be called things my therapist made me do.
I struggle with general anxiety. My mind is constantly buzzing with worst case scenario, what’s the latest catastrophe I can hold on. Needless to say, I need activities that engages my brain with other helpful thoughts. My therapist suggested knitting.
Knitting is a repetitive action that is done with your hands that can quiet the mind.
For this adventure, I focus on taking a beginner’s class on learning how to knit.
