My feet are really doing the work for me. Last Friday, I was able to run my first mile at an easy pace and I found my body just really feeling it. I didn’t wanted to stop. I remember my head was telling me I was too tired to run, I better go home and get some rest. Glad that I didn’t listened to my head, I took action.
It’s Monday and it means setting the actions I will take on for the week in order to get closer to my 2 month goal/ intention. Here is my list of commitments as well as how long its going to take me and when I should be completing them by:
- Run on Monday, Tuesday and Friday 1.5 mile and walk .5 mile after work
- Dance class on Monday night
- IntenSati Creative Workshop (2 hours) on Wednesday night
- Artist Way mtg on Thursday
It feels like a lot yet these are manageable actions as I set the intention and allow my feet to do the walking.
